Ahmedabad: As the number of vehicles is increasing day by day in Gujarat, the state government has decided to provide faceless (online) service at home instead of hitting the RTO office to eliminate the discomfort of the citizens. 7 services can be accessed at home, from Learning License to Duplicate RC Book and HPA cancellation. But while hardly anyone knows how to take advantage of this online service, DivyaBhaskar states in this special report on what to do to avail of the online driving license and vehicle related services.

1-Canceling the Hypothesis of the Vehicle
2- Getting duplicate RC of vehicle
3-Getting vehicle-related information
Online services will be made available in two phases in total
These online services will be made available in two phases in total. Information available in Vehicle 4.0 related services after 2009 and Driving License related services will be made available in the first phase, with information related to the Driving License in 4.0.
Data processing prior to 2010 is in progress
While vehicle data for the year 2009 is under process for updating the data prior to 2010 in Vehicle 4.0 and Driving License Summary. Upon completion of this procedure an online service will be made available to the applicant in the second phase. Prior to this, if an applicant wishes to make such backlog data entry at the RTO office, then the RTO must operate as per the existing method.
OTP will have to be generated for online services by applying at parivahan.gov.in
Applicants for these services must first apply for vehicle and license related services at parivahan.gov.in and generate OTP.
Senior Clerk, Head Clerk and PRO Verification
Verification shall be done by Senior Clerk, Head Clerk or Public Relations Officer. Whereas approval work can be done by a motor vehicle inspector and a higher level officer.
No additional fees have to be paid
The applicant will not have to pay any additional fees for these services. Fees will be charged as per the existing provision.
Applicants will approve or deny the evidence presented in the true sense
Since the applicant does not appear in the original evidence in these services, the evidence submitted by the applicant will have to be dealt with as a valid and valid refusal. However, the applicant will be responsible for furnishing false documents and evidence.
